Were Tommy Lee and Charlie Sheen Separated at Birth?

When I started watching this video, I was intrigued...then I became uncomfortable...then very very curious.

A few weeks ago, The Fine Brothers put out a video of kids reacting to several Motley Crue videos and songs. That video was sweet and funny (and kinda sad in places), but all in all, an entertaining piece.

A couple of weeks later, the Fine Brothers caught up with Tommy Lee of the Crue and had him watch the video.

I don't know if he is on a lot (I mean A LOT) of allergy meds...or something...but he seems like he's all over the place.

And at the end, he looks like Charlie Sheen...but from another timeline. The timeline where Charlie Sheen becomes the drummer of Motley Crue.
