If you miss hitting the links and are hoping to get out and swing a club this weekend, you'll be able to do that legally this Saturday in Black Hawk County.

According to KWWL, The city of Waterloo's three public golf courses will reopen on Saturday, April 25th." It looks like a warm weekend, so this is coming at a good time for local golfers here in Eastern Iowa.

A statement came out late Friday from the Mayor's office outlining all of the rules. Folks will still have to observe the social distancing guidelines and all golfers will be required to wear a mask while playing.

I don't know about you, but I've never golfed in a mask. In fact, I've never seen a doctor golf in a mask!

Besides golf courses, tennis courts and dog parks will also be open as of this Saturday, April 25th. It looks like Waterloo is slowly opening up after the long sequester.
