The Restaurants & Stores Iowans Want to Come to the Corridor

Earlier this week, word got out that In-N-Out Burger would FINALLY be expanding east! The 75-year-old burger chain has lots of locations over on the west side of the country, but this is the first time that they will open a location as far east as Tennessee. There are several eateries set to arrive in Nashville in 2026.

I've never had the opportunity to try In-N-Out Burger, but from what I've seen, it looks DELICIOUS. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the chain will eventually make its way to Midwest. It's one of the restaurants I'd most like to see here in the Corridor!

Another chain restaurant that I'd love to see in the Corridor is Jet's Pizza. I'm from the Detroit area, and Jet's is a staple there! When I moved to Iowa, I was shocked to see that there weren't any Jet's locations in the state, even though there are tons of them in the states surrounding us. We're missing out on amazing deep dish pizza and the best ranch in the whole world!

And while we're at it, let's bring a National Coney Island here, too. Chili cheese dogs and hanis for everybody!
