Shots Fired In Cedar Rapids

According to KWWL, "Police are searching for the person or people responsible for firing shots in a Cedar Rapids neighborhood on Saturday."

The incident happened around 7:20 p.m. at 5th Avenue and 16th Street SW. Police say there was a report of 5 shots fired. The investigation found that two homes had been hit but nobody was injured.

CRPD are still investigating and right now those are the only details we have at this time. We will continue to monitor this story and provide updates as soon as we learn more information.
