Rodney Carrington Returns to Cedar Rapids

Rodney Carrington, the redneck stand up comedian/actor is coming to the Paramount Theatre on January 3, 2020.

Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10:00 a.m. at Ticketmaster.com and the US Cell Center box office.

Rodney has been a regular on the stand up comedy scene for years, and then made the transition to television when he starred in his own comedy sitcom "Rodney".

His acting style on the the TV show was similar to Tim Allen and Jim Belushi - and much like those two comics, Rodney was actually a pretty good actor...probably because he was simply portraying himself.
