Restaurants With Free Meals for Veterans Day 2019

Monday, November 11th is a very special day here in the U.S. It's Veterans Day, a day to honor all of the Americans who have served or are currently serving in the military.

One way that people are honoring veterans on Monday is with free food. Many restaurants, both local and chain, are offering free meals, appetizers, or desserts. We have put together a list of restaurants here in Eastern Iowa that are participating in some sort of free food for Veterans Day next week. We would like to note that each of these deals are only available on Monday, November 11th (unless otherwise noted) and valid proof of military service is required. And just to be sure, you may also want to call ahead and check that your nearest location is going to be participating.

  • All veterans can get a free breakfast on Sunday, November 10th from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

  • Veterans and active-duty military can get a free $5 Lunch Combo from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
