Your commute across 380 might become a little more difficult, temporarily this week. KCRG reports that a handful of on-ramps and off-ramps over the interstate will be closed at various times for utility work.

Starting today, the ramp onto northbound 380 will close from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. through Wednesday afternoon.

Starting Tuesday, the 3rd St. NE southbound entrance ramp will close from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. through Thursday afternoon.

On Wednesday, the 20A ramp will close during the workday through Friday.

We have no more information than this, but the weather might be an impact as well.  CBS 2 reports temperatures will drop rapidly throughout the week before rebounding to around 40 by Friday. A rain/snow mix is possible both Monday night and Friday night.

The DOT hopes to minimize the impact by doing the work outside rush hour traffic, but traffic is certainly steady most of the day on I-380 so please patient with workers and your fellow drivers.
