Most Wonderful Time of the Year

October… What a great month!  Is there any better time of year for sports?  Football season is hitting the midway point (go Bears and Hawkeyes).  The NHL season is underway (go Blackhawks).  The NBA tips off their regular season late this month (go Bulls).  And finally, the World Series is here (currently onboard the Royals bandwagon). 

It’s been a good month for music with album releases from Bush and Weezer, and a new Foo Fighters single hitting the airwaves.  And I’ve seen Pearl Jam in four states (Missouri, Nebraska, Texas and Illinois) this month… I’m broke, but it was fun!

And we cap off the month with a great holiday in Halloween.  So you see, if you can avoid that Ebola, it’s been a good month indeed!
