This iconic palace-like home in the heart of Chicago's Gold Coast is on the market for $18 million. You'd think at that price, it has everything. Think again.

This 20,000 square foot home has all the adjectives you'd ever want to use when describing a stunning dream home like this one:

Luxurious
Timeless
Grand
Beautiful
Exquisite
Meticulous
Unparalleled

This home is really all those things, with one strange exception.

This $18,750,000 home, at 3 W. Burton, has 6 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, an incredible kitchen, unbelievable his and hers closets, a study, attic rec room, huge theater, stunning patio space, wine cellar and a gym. All that and only a one-car garage.

That is absurd. That's my biggest issue with this house. As one of my friends put it,

If you got enough scrilla for a palace you need a bigger pad for your whip.

This is not a 'one car family' type of house. What I also don't get is how this home's TWO garage doors are very deceiving. It looks a two-car garage, there are two doors, but one of them is a facade. Wait until you see what's on the other side of that fake garage door on the right.
