Menards announced on Friday that customers will be required to wear a mask while inside the retail store.

Add Menards to the list of companies requiring customers and/or employees to wear a mask or facial covering when inside their store. Effective today, Costco customers will also be required to wear a facial covering also.

"In order to protect our Team Members and Guests, Menards has made several policy changes related to the COVID-19 crisis. As a supplier of building materials, hardware, groceries, and other essential products, we are dedicated to providing you with a safe shopping experience...

Due to COVID-19, we are requiring all Guests to wear a mask or face covering while shopping in our stores. If you do not have a mask or face covering, we have masks available for purchase. Thank you for your cooperation and efforts to keep our Guests and Team Members safe."

 

Menards also announced their new updated store hours which are now Monday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Menards also implemented elderly & vulnerable Guest shopping hours, which are Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 7 a.m., and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Menards made a policy change that no longer allows children under the age of 16. If you look under the age of 16, you will be asked to show identification proving you are over the age of 16.

Pets are no longer welcome inside stores, with the exception of service dogs.
