According to KWWL, "One person was injured in a three vehicle accident Sunday morning in Fairfax."

The incident happened near Williams Boulevard in Fairfax around 10 a.m. on Sunday, March 8th. The story said that three vehicles crashed in the middle of the intersection.

When officers arrived, they determined that 47-year-old Scott Heubner pulled out in front of another vehicle that caused the pile up. Thankfully, there were no major injuries.

Hubner was taking to a local Cedar Rapids hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries. He was given a ticket for no insurance and failure to yield.

The other people involved in the crash were shaken up but did not require any medical attention.
