Legendary Rockers In Cedar Rapids This Summer
Summer concerts are making their way back onto the calendars, and Cedar Rapids is back on the map for a big one Saturday, July 3 when REO Speedwagon takes the stage at the McGrath Amphitheater.
The Fourth of July holiday weekend concert marks the return of one of the Midwest's most popular and enduring bands of the classic rock generation.
Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10:00 a.m. to the general public, with a special KRNA Pre Sale for REO Speedwagon on Thursday.
Listen to Dwyer and Michaels in the morning between 5:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. all this week for a chance to call and win free tickets before they go on sale.

REO Speedwagon has been on the KRNA playlist since the station signed on in 1974. The band has played numerous times in the City of Five Seasons. Their most recent appearance was nearly five years ago co-headlining with Def Leppard at the US Cellular Center downtown on October 10, 2016.
