Rising Country Superstar Announces Return For Eastern Iowa Concert
This guy's star is rising and is making him one of the biggest new names in country music at the moment.
Jelly Roll has been rapidly climbing to the top of the country music game over the past year. He broke a record earlier this year on the Billboard charts. The country-rock singer spent more than 25 weeks at number one due to his songs 'Need A Favor,' 'Dead Man Walking,' "She,' and 'Son of a Sinner.'
It looks like it can only go up from here for this three-time CMT Award winner.
He recently made local headlines after his performance at DenimFest in Forest City, where after experiencing some sound issues, Jelly Roll performed an acoustic version of 'Son of a Sinner.'

Jelly Roll will be returning to Iowa this summer. He'll be bringing his Backroad Baptism tour to the heartland in August. It was announced earlier this week, that the Tennessee native would be performing as a part of the Back Water Stage summer concert series in Dubuque.
His show is slated for Sunday, August 20th at 7:00 PM and will be held at the Q Casino.
Darius Rucker and Elle King will also both be coming to Dubuque for this summer series. Rucker's show will be going on a little over a month beforehand on Thursday July 13th. King will be a bit closer to Jelly Roll's show date.
Elle King and Megan Moroney will be performing at the Q Casino on Friday, August 11th.
The artist and Q casino presale begins at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June 14th for Jelly Roll's show. On Friday, June 16th at 10:00 AM the tickets will go on sale to the general public.
