Have you ever been out to dinner and realized you forgot your wallet, or you check your bank account and see your account is in the negative? You have a flush of emergency and you start texting and calling everyone to get a hand in paying. Personally, I've always found an out. One guy in Georgia exhausted all of his options, and went for the ace in the hole.

Police in Douglasville have charged 26-year-old Abdul Rasheed after skipping on a bill at Red Lobster for $63.77. If you add a tip, that's like a $75+ tab.

He didn't have a way to pay, so he went for what seemed like a great idea at the time: Call 911, make a scene, and get taken away by ambulance.

The only hiccup was that rather than come into the restaurant and just stretcher him out, the paramedics that arrived on the scene checked him out and determined that he didn't need transportation to the hospital - because he wasn't experiencing any form of emergency.

After he was cleared and not taken away, he refused to pay his bill. The affidavit PEOPLE got their hands on said he had the "intent to avoid payment" with the 911 call.

He was arrested and charged with suspicion of theft of services, unlawful conduct during a 911 call and making a false report.

He's waiting on a $3000 bond.
