It isn't very often that a huge Hollywood star visits a state fair in the Midwest. But this summer, Keanu Reeves and his band will visit and it won't cost you a thing to see him!

For those that don't already know, Keanu Reeves, the star of huge movies like John Wick, The Matrix, Speed, and countless other films is also a talented musician. In 1991 he formed a band with two friends and eventually settled on the name Dogstar. The band toured off and on before breaking up in 2002. During the pandemic, the trio of friends got together to rehearse and write, and in 2022 reunited. They released a new album in October of last year and are in the midst of a tour to support the project. That tour includes a stop at the Indiana State Fair.

Yes, you can catch Keanu Reeves on a FREE stage at the Indiana State Fair on Thursday, August 8th. Sure, you'll have to pay fair admission, but the concert won't cost you a thing! Dogstar's current album is called Somewhere Between the Power Lines and Palm Trees. And if you think this is just some novelty band featuring a famous actor, think again.

These guys can really play. They clearly love what they do and take making music seriously.

If you're willing to drive six hours to see Caitlin Clark play, why not drive over and watch Keanu play too?
