Homicide In Des Moines

According to KCCI, "Des Moines police are investigating the city's ninth homicide this year after they said a man was shot to death Sunday afternoon."

The incident happened in the 1200 block of East 13th Street in Des Moines. Officers arrived on the scene and found a man that had injuries from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital and treated for a gunshot wound but later died.

Officers are tracking a suspect at this time. No other information is available.
