According to KWWL, "One person is in custody after a high speed chase Sunday morning, this news comes from the Linn County Sheriff's Office."

The incident happened around 10:45 on Usher's Ferry Road in Cedar Rapids. Police were called about a stolen vehicle in the area and responded to the call. The car they were following fit the description and they tried to pull the vehicle over.

The vehicle wouldn't pull over and a high speed chased ensued. During the chase, the driver swerved and hit another vehicle. When the chase finally ended, the driver was taken to jail.

John Miller is the name of the driver involved. He now faces a laundry list of charges and will wait for his day in court.
