218 Fuel Express is a truck stop in the small town of Floyd, Iowa, located right at the junction of Highway 218, 18, and 27. Rick's Wagon Wheel is an old-school diner, complete with wood paneling, animal heads, and lots of comfort food. The restaurant is open daily and serves lunch, dinner, and all-day breakfast. It's best known for its delicious broasted chicken dinners, served with coleslaw, potatoes, and your choice of garlic or Texas toast.

Other specialties from Rick's Wagon Wheel include fettuccini alfredo, homemade meatloaf, hot beef, burgers, and country-fried steak. The menu also features a wide-variety of sandwiches, pizza, wings, fish dinners, salads, and homemade soup.
