Gene Simmons will add to his growing list of authorial credits with On Power, a new book about wealth scheduled for release later this year.

The Kiss co-founder discussed his plans for the book, due Nov. 14 and available to pre-order now, during a recent appearance on Indianapolis 107.5FM's The Ride With JMV (via Blabbermouth). Following the thread established with his previous book, 2014's Me, Inc.: Build an Army of One, Unleash Your Inner Rock God, Win in Life and Business, Simmons said he intends to educate readers regarding just how easy it can be to improve one's financial situation.

"Everybody can make more money and actually become relatively rich," argued Simmons. "There are certainly enough economists in the world who have broken through the glass ceiling and taken the message out there that we've always assumed that the top should only be the people that are the smartest and the richest and all that stuff, and that the masses — the great unwashed masses — can never attain the heights, and that is patently untrue."

In addition to making his way back to bookstores, Simmons is making his way through a solo tour built around appearances at Comic Con conventions; after performing at events in Cleveland (March 18-19) and St. Louis (April 8-9), he's next scheduled to bring his new solo band to Philadelphia (June 2-3), Chicago (August 26-27) and Austin (November 17-18). Kiss, meanwhile, launched their KissWorld tour in Moscow earlier this month, and will remain on the road through late September.
