When and where is the concert?
Saturday, July 4th at the McGrath Amphitheatre. Doors open at 2:00 p.m.

How much are tickets? How can I purchase tickets?
GA Lawn: $15.00*
Reserved Lawn: $29.00*
Reserved Terrace: $35.00*
Reserved Orchestra: $75.00*
*Plus applicable taxes and fees.

You can purchase tickets online, by phone (800) 745-3000, or at the US Cellular Center box office. Please note, ticket prices will increase on the day of the show.

What is the difference between reserved lawn and GA lawn?
Reserved lawn seats mean there will be a chair at the amphitheatre for you already! The GA lawn section will be an open section so you can bring your own blanket or chair to sit on.

What's the deal with the $5 off coupon?
Save $5 off your ticket price by picking up a coupon at any area Hawkeye Convenience Store.

Is there an age limit for the show?
No, all ages will be allowed into the show and kids 2 and under get in free if they are sitting on a lap.

Where do we park?
Street Parking is located on 1st Street SW, across from the main entrance.
• Patrons are encouraged to not park on residential side streets adjacent the McGrath Amphitheatre.
• Metered street parking is free on the 4th of July.

Lot and Ramp Parking
There are several lots and ramps open to the public for parking (parking fees may apply). For additional questions about lot or ramp parking please contact Park Cedar Rapids at (319) 365-7275.
• Park and Ride Lot / Surface Lot – Lot 44- Corner of 8th Avenue and 2nd Street SE.
• Parking Ramp – GTC Parking Ramp – 201 4th Avenue Southeast.
• Parking Ramp – 3rd Avenue Parking Ramp – 333 3rd Avenue Southeast.

When will doors open? What time does the show start?
Doors open at 2 p.m and the concert begins at approximately 3:30 p.m.

Will the concert be going on during the fireworks?
No, performances will end shortly before the fireworks start. BUT, when the fireworks begin, either KHAK or KDAT’s audio (both are providing the music the fireworks are synchronized to) will be played thru the amphitheatre sound system.

Will it be easy to see the fireworks from the Amphitheatre?
Yes, the amphitheatre seating area should provide an incredible view point for the fireworks display, which will be shot from the bridge(s) just to the northwest.

Will alcohol be available?
Yes, Fleck Sales will have alcoholic beverages on sale to those adults 21 years of age and older with proper ID.

Can I take pictures?
Yes! You may bring a regular point-and-shoot camera to take photos. However, professional-grade cameras and all video recording equipment will not be allowed at the show.

Can I bring in food and drinks? What about a backpack with extra clothes? Or even just a purse?
Here’s what’s allowed:

Cameras according to the policy above
Ponchos / rain coats if weather dictates
Blankets and/or bagged lawn chairs (for those with GA lawn tickets)
