Free Beer & Hot Wings: Man Tries to Get Into Cougar Enclosure at Zoo, Gets Scratched [Video]

You know the old saying "If you jump in the cougar cage, you're gonna get scratched?"

Wait, that's not a saying? Well, it should be. And this guy is living proof.

Twenty-year-old Brian Casey Phillips, a local St. Paul, Minn., idiot, scaled the fence at the Como Park Zoo & Conservatory in an attempt to get close to the cougars in the enclosure, WCCO-TV reported.

After getting his hand through the fence, he got scratched. That's the least surprising outcome ever.

After getting arrested, police learned Phillips had just been released from jail hours earlier and still had his jail bracelet on. He was again busted and cited for disturbing zoo animals.
