You might remember Kendra Wilkinson from the pages of Playboy years ago.

She was also featured on the TV show "The Girls Next Door" and even "dated" Hugh Hefner for a while.

Well, Kendra is now on the TV show "I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!," where C-list celebrities appear in a "Survivor"-like scenario.

We were shocked to know that show was still on the air.

Anyway, in a recent episode, Wilkinson was talking to her fellow "I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!" cast mates about her "relationship" with Hefner and, well, it's gross.

At the time, she was 18 years old and Heff was 78.

The 29-year-old, now married to former NFL player Hank Baskett and the parents of two children, says that she didn't know sex was part of the deal when she was asked to be Hefner girlfriend. Right.
