Free Beer & Hot Wings: Guy Records His Interaction with Drunk Charlie Sheen at Taco Bell [Video]
Charlie Sheen's antics do not seem to have stopped.
Recently while at a Taco Bell drive-through, a man video-taped from his car as he and his wife watched an inebriated Charlie Sheen emerged from around the corner of the building and wandered up to their car window.
The 48-year-old former "Two And a Half Men" star pulled down his raggy and already ripped shirt to show off some interesting tattoos on his chest. He seems to be pretty happy, but it's up to you to decide if he still, in fact, "winning."
