Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson was a guest on "Live with Kelly and Michael" on Tuesday to promote his latest work in the movie "Hercules."

When Kelly Ripa asked The Rock about the makeup process and how long it took on a daily basis, his answer was pretty surprising.

It turns out that his beard was not natural, but was instead made out of yak hair.

But not just any yak hair. It was made from yak pubes! WTF?

"Hercules" opens in theaters on Friday.
