Free Beer & Hot Wings: Cops Tip Over Porta Potty to Get to Suspect Inside [Video]

A Memphis man is calling foul on police officers after they tipped over the porta potty he was hiding inside after fleeing them on foot.

He is claiming they used excessive force to get to him and were just looking to embarrass him and add insult to injury.

It all started when police officers tried to arrest him for criminal trespassing when he was visiting a friend at an apartment complex. He took off on foot and ended up in a construction site porta potty.

The cops surrounded the porta potty, counted to three and then knocked it over. After flipping it back up the right way, they then kicked the guy, knocked him down to the ground and arrested him, WMCA-TV reported.

He believes the officers should be formally reprimanded for their use of excessive force. The officers remain on leave during an administrative investigation.
