Free Beer & Hot Wings: Clown Fired From Fair After Racist Comments [Video]
A clown in Memphis has found himself out of a job after making racist comments to a family attending the Delta Fair & Music Festival over the weekend, WMC Action News 5 reported.
While walking through the fair, Tanya Jones and her family heard, "Hey nappy head. You look unbe-weave-able" over a public address system.
They looked around confused, wondering if they had just heard what they thought they heard. They then realized that the insults and racist comments were coming from the clown in the fair's dunk tank.
Not surprisingly, the clown was quickly fired.
A fair spokesman said the family was refunded their entrance fees, apologized for the clown's comments and insisted the fair is billed as "family friendly."
