The End of a ‘Mad’ Era

"Mad Men" has just seven episodes remaining. Series creator Matthew Weiner is sending Don Draper, Peggy, Joan, Roger, and Pete off into the sunset. The final season finally resumes on AMC on April 5. Jon Hamm, Elisabeth Moss, John Slattery, Vincent Kartheiser and Christina Hendricks recently sat down to discuss the evolution of their characters and how they feel as the show winds down. They know how it ends, but they aren’t telling.

For those not familiar with the show, which premiered in 2007, it’s a fictional telling of an advertising agency (Sterling Cooper) set in the 1960’s, with the focal point being Don Draper (played by Hamm).  For me, it’s one of the best shows on TV.  It will be sad to see Don go.
