Check Out The NEW Iowa Quarter Being Released Today! [PIC]

Starting today, Iowan's can get their hands on a new quarter featuring another of the state's landmarks. The Effigy Mounds quarter will be available to the public following an official launch in Waukon today. The U.S. Mint held an open house to unveil the quarter on Monday night.

The mounds are north of Marquette along the Mississippi River. It's sacred ground for more than a dozen Indian Tribes.
