This kid clearly does.

Policophobia is a fear of the police, and few people fear anything as much as this kid fears his mom reporting him to the cops for stealing a cup.

While some might see this as potentially harmful to the kid, others will see it as learning a solid lesson.

It's a good thing we are a soul-less morning radio show, otherwise we would feel bad for laughing at this poor kids' misery!

At least it's highly unlikely that he will ever break the law again.
