The 2020 Masters Tournament is the latest in a string of high-profile sporting events to be canceled or postponed amid concern over the coronavirus outbreak.

On Thursday the NCAA said that due to the coronavirus outbreak there would be no men’s and women’s college basketball championship tournaments this year.

Concluding months of drama and debate within the NFL community, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has issued an official statement that states that players who do not stand for the national anthem will be fined by the NFL.
