Once again, we're reporting another story of shots fired here in the "City of Five Seasons."

According to KCRG, "A 20-year-old man was arrested and charged with attempted murder and other charges following a shooting incident on Saturday night."

The incident happened at the Westdale Court Apartments around 6:30 p.m. Police were called to the complex to investigate a report of shots fired. When officers arrived, they located an apartment that had bullet holes in the wall and shell casings on the ground.

Officers spoke with 5 people that had been shot at and one was injured. The person injured suffered a gun shot wound in the arm and was taken to a local hospital.

Cedar Rapids police announced Sunday evening that a suspect was arrested and is now in custody.

The suspects name is 20-year-old Dondre Davon Lee. He was charged with a laundry list of charged including attempted murder and first-degree burglary. No word on if Lee posted bail.

Police are saying this was a targeted incident. We will continue to follow this story and provide updates as soon as more information is released.
