‘Always Dreaming’ The Early Favorite
It's time for the second race of the Triple Crown! The Preakness is set to run this Saturday in Baltimore, Maryland at Pimlico Race Course. TV coverage begins at 1:30 p.m. (Central Time) on NBC Sports Network, race starts at 4:00 p.m. on NBC, with the post-race to follow.
Two Kentucky Derby racers Classic Empire and winner Always Dreaming are set to exit the gate side-by-side in posts 5 and 4 (respectively) with Always Dreaming poised as the early favorite at 4/5 odds.
Classic Empire is right up there with him at 3/1 and Looking at Lee (10/1) and Cloud Computing (14/1) providing some solid competition. Personally, I'm going with Conquest Mo Money who is sitting at 18/1 as of now. Honestly, I just love the name and I mean, come on, who isn't trying to 'conquest mo money' these days?!
It'll be a good fun race to watch no matter what. Good luck to all the jockey's and their horses!
