2018’s Biggest Rock Feuds
Another year, another slew of feuds between musicians. We take a look at some of the most vicious wars of words in 2018 in the gallery below.
You'll read the unfiltered and uncensored fights from the past year -- the angry tweets, court battles and offhanded remarks that had rock fans everywhere talking and taking sides.
Feuds between ex-bandmates regularly made the headlines, with past and present members of Fleetwood Mac, Black Sabbath, Styx, Ratt, the Black Crowes and Oasis taking shots at each other and unloading decades worth of baggage. We also also provide updates on some long-running but relatively dormant issues that helped break up Pink Floyd and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young years ago.
Elsewhere, the legal fight between London neighbors Jimmy Page and Robbie Williams was settled by local officials, Tommy Lee got angry at rapper Travis Scott, Quincy Jones insulted the Beatles, Howard Stern took on an entire city and it doesn't look like David Crosby and Ted Nugent will be getting together for high tea any time soon.
Those are just the tip of the iceberg.
We restricted our list to feuds between musicians rather than those that ventured into the political realm, with one exception. If you want to see how rockers like Axl Rose, Neil Young and John Mellencamp criticized Donald Trump, that story was one our biggest of 2018. As for the others, you can read about them below.
