The Waterloo Police Department are on the hunt to find the person responsible for multiple instances of vandalism at a local high school.

According to reports, in the 2021 to 2022 school year approximately 36% of public schools in the United States reported some sort of act of vandalism on school grounds.

While it is not completely out of left field for vandalism to take place on any school property, but it really does feel different when it's a school close to home.

Waterloo West High School Vandalism Cases

Local authorities are seeking the public's help regarding recent instances of vandalism at Waterloo West High School. 

Officials shared photos of the Wahawk softball shed covered in a few graffiti tags. This graffiti includes a tag with the letters "ARK" sprayed across multiple sides of the shed.
