When you think of making "healthy" choices you don't necessarily think of fast food, right?

As someone who used to commute an hour both ways to work, more often than not I would grab myself a juicy burger from a fast-food restaurant on the drive home.

And I am not alone in this...

One in three Americans eat fast food each day, according to AARP.

44.9 percent of twenty to thirty-nine-year-olds consume fast food on any given day.

There's no shame in having a quick option! However, if you want to enjoy the perks of fast food but want to try a healthier option or just the "least unhealthy" option, then you should head out to this popular Midwestern establishment.

Iowa Favorite Fast-Food Eatery Has the "Least Unhealthy" Burgers

A website called PlushCare, which is a sort of telemedicine platform, ranked America's favorite fast-food burgers from most to least unhealthy. The rankings were very interesting.

The burger from Five Guys is by and large the "unhealthiest" of the surveyed fast-food establishments. Reports say that this burger has 980 calories, 55 grams of fat and 1,050 milligrams of sodium.

If you want to enjoy a burger but want something a bit better for you, then you should probably roll up to Culver's.

This Wisconsin based burger joint actually ranked 16th out of the 16 total fast-food chains surveyed. The iconic Butterburger received a 17 overall unhealthiness score whilst Five Guys (the unhealthiest on the list) received a 50.
