A Cedar Rapids Restaurant Has Become a Christmas Wonderland

Something new and festive has made its debut at a popular Cedar Rapids restaurant for the holiday season! LP Street Food is now hosting the JOY Holiday Pop-Up throughout the month of December!

LP Street Food, located at 302 3rd Avenue SW, has officially transformed into a Christmas wonderland. The Facebook event page reads:

"Every inch of our space will be decorated to make you feel like you've been transported into a sparkling Winter Wonderland, packed with Christmas Cheer. Complete with especially festive Food and Cocktail menus, your heart will be filled with JOY at every bite and sip."

I don't know that I've ever seen a Christmas pop-up in the city of Cedar Rapids. I've seen a few over in the Des Moines area, like Nightingale Cocktail's Winter Wonderland and Miracle on Ingersoll, but this might be the first of its kind here in CR! Main Street Café & Bakery in Ankeny is also hosting the JOY Holiday Pop-Up.

Reservations are now be accepted for LP Street Food's holiday pop-up experience, which runs through January 12th. The restaurant recommends making a reservation, because "there may be very limited space for walk-ins." You can reserve your table HERE.

LP Street Food has also brought back their private igloos for the winter, which are located on the back patio of the restaurant. More information about reserving one of those can be found HERE.
