The Register reports that in February, Frank's birth father, Bill Fritz, filed to contest his son's will. He instead wants a jury to decide what to do with Frank Fritz's estate. The case, including the will, has been sealed by a judge. A trial is set for November 2026, which means the ruling won't come until over two years after Fritz's passing.
The Register reports that Fritz was cremated, but can't yet be buried while his will is contested in court.
