The Princeton Review has acknowledged Coe College in Cedar Rapids among its "388 Best Colleges" in the nation for 2023 and made it the only Iowa institution on the list.

According to Iowa's News Now, Coe is the only school in Iowa to be nationally recognized in Best Career Services (where it ranks #17 nationally), Most Accessible Professors (#20), and Best Alumni Network (#20). It also ranks as the highest Iowa school in internships (#10).

Inclusion in the "388 Best Colleges" guide from the Princeton Review puts Coe in the Top 14 percent of America's 2,800 4-year-colleges and beyond its recognition in the individual academic and student life categories, it is also ranked by the Princeton Review as a Best Midwestern and Best Value college. In response to the rankings, Coe College President David Hayes said:

These recognitions further cement Coe’s status as a go-to college in the nation for rigorous but practical educational experiences that truly help students understand subject matter and connect it to professional opportunities

Iowa's News Now reports that nearly 100 percent find employment, or go on to attend graduate school or engage in a service opportunity within nine months of graduation.
