The trio from Texas is still gettin' it done in 2018.  One of the most amazing things about ZZ Top is that they're the longest running major rock band with original personnel intact.  The band - Billy Gibbons, Dusty Hill and Frank Beard - have been bringing it for almost 50 years!  Their eighth studio album, Eliminator serves as the band's most commercially successful album, and it's turning 35!

Eliminator spawned several successful singles.  "Gimme All Your Lovin'", "Got Me Under Pressure", "Sharp Dressed Man", "TV Dinners" and "Legs" helped the album eventually reach sales of 10 million copies in the United States.  This was the MTV era, and the customized 1930's Ford coupe from the album's cover was featured in multiple videos.  The beards, the sunglasses and the spinning, sheepskin-covered guitars... it was just cool!

The band has a few concerts scheduled in 2018, including a 5-show limited engagement at The Venetian Theater in Las Vegas in April.  The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.
