The par-three contest on Wednesday of Masters week is a special occasion. Just ask Zach Johnson. The Cedar Rapids native had his wife and kids at Augusta National Golf Course yesterday. The must have brought him good luck as Johnson was one of 9 golfers to hit aces yesterday!

Johnson's hole in one came on hole #7 Wednesday. Two other golfers, including 80-year-old Gary Player, also hit aces on #7 yesterday. As much fun as the par three challenge is, you DON'T want to win it! No player has ever won the par three round AND The Masters in the same year. Zach had a great round of 4 under par...and didn't win.

Johnson will tee it up for real this morning at Augusta. The 2007 Masters champ has a tee time of 8:26am.
