Thanksgiving is right around the corner. It's one of my favorite holidays. I LOVE turkey. I'll be traveling to Minnesota on Thursday for the celebration and I'm excited to be going home to see my family.

But if your family is anything like mine, you have at least one knucklehead in the group. This is the one person you don't look forward to spending time with. You still love this particular family member, but if they can't make it, your delighted.

For me, it's my Uncle Bill. He's loud, rude and not much fun to be around. Last year at Christmas, he spilled his vodka cranberry all over the carpet. On my mother's birthday, his dog peed on one of her gifts. He shows up late and drinks all of our beer...He's a disaster.

Uncle Bill hit an all time low on Easter. He pulled me out to the garage and asked if me if he could borrow five hundred dollars. I told him I had lost my ATM card, I proceeded to ignore his text messages for the next thirty days.

Uncle Bill got into an argument with my brother's girlfriend last year at Christmas. I didn't hear it, but apparently he told her she looked "a little heavy these days." He had been drinking cheap whiskey all morning, I blame it on that. My brother was so mad he left and checked into the Super 8 down the road.

Have a great Thanksgiving!
