Where Does Obama – Putin Rank in All-Time Stare Downs? (PHOTOS)
US President Barack Obama and Russian President Vladimir Putin have disagreed at the United Nations over the chaos in Syria. Earlier this week, the two shared a toast at a luncheon. The stare down has gotten more attention than the actual content of the talks. Why? Because we're America... we have short attention spans and like conflict.
Are we at the dawn of another Cold War? More importantly, where does the Obama-Putin stare down rank amongst the all-time greats?
