(Cedar Rapids, IA) Throw those White Knuckles in the air: Five Finger Death Punch is hitting the road with Volbeat and they are headed to Cedar Rapids this fall! The heavy metal all-stars will be at the U.S. Cellular Center on Saturday, September 20. Tickets for this general admission all-ages show are $39.75 and will go on sale Saturday, June 7 at 10am at the U.S. Cellular Center box office and all Ticketmaster outlets.

One of the most successful groove metal bands of all time, Five Finger Death Punch has been a staple of the Billboard charts since their formation in 2005. The Los Angeles-based outfit formed around the talents of guitar player Zoltan Bathory, former W.A.S.P. guitarist Darrell Roberts, vocalist Ivan Moody (Motograter/Ghost Machine), bass player Matt Snell (Anubis Rising), and former W.A.S.P. drummer Jeremy Spencer.

Volbeat, a Danish metal band formed in 2001, became a dominant force not only in Danish metal, but in rock as a whole charting albums and singles that can be found consistently at the top of the active rock charts.  Their song, “Room 24″ off of their fifth studio album, Outlaw Gentlemen and Shady Ladies, was recently nominated for a 2014 Grammy Award in the category of “Best Metal Performance.”
