A judge has officially rejected the motion to dismiss all charges against Chris Soules. The former 'Bachelor' star is accused of leaving the scene of a deadly crash after rear-ending a tractor driven by 66-year-old Kenneth Mosher. Mosher was pronounced dead at the scene.

The judge in the case ruled that since information for the trial has already been filed, a hearing to dismiss charges isn't necessary. Both sides have also agreed to the handling of evidence in the case.

The arraignment of Soules is scheduled for May 23rd. He has up until that time to enter a plea. He faces up to five years in prison if convicted.
