Don't let anyone tell you there's never anything to do in Cedar Rapids.

Tonight is a good example of too many choices, and the hard decisions that some may have to make.

For music fans, David Crosby performs at the Paramount Theater at 8:00 p.m.

For sports fans, the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders face off against their arch-rival Waterloo Blackhawks at the Cedar Rapids Ice arena at 7:05 p.m.

First world problems? Of course. But a dilemma nonetheless.

On top of the drama of which to choose, is the concern of snowy travel conditions as the Winter Storm Warning goes into effect tonight. But like most hardy Midwest folks, we don't mind moving a little more slowly through a snow storm to get to our destination. And the worst of it isn't even expected to hit until tomorrow.

I suppose I could take in the the first hour of the hockey game, then skate out to catch a bit of David's concert. He is a two-time Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame performer.

I wonder if this is how big city folks solve similar problems...
