The Minnesota Vikings Are Undefeated!

I've been a Minnesota Vikings fan ever since I was five years old. I grew up in Minnesota. We shoveled snow and watched football...that's all there was to do.

This year the team looks great! The club is off to a perfect 3-0 start. Even with numerous injuries at key positions, the team continues to play well and score points. But I keep wondering, how will we screw it up this year?

The Vikings are like the Cubs. We get close, but can't seal the deal. Four Super Bowls and four losses. Year after year, it becomes more frustrating to cheer for the team in purple.

But I have to say, It feels different this year. Even with the injuries, they bounce right back. Maybe the bad luck has vanished in the Twin Cities? Perhaps Prince, the pride of Minneapolis, is helping us from above?!

The Vikings also just built a brand new stadium. The price tag was right around a billion dollars. Yes, that's BILLION with a B. It's a state of the art venue, that holds over sixty-six thousand screaming Vikings fans.

New stadium, good vibes and a perfect start. I'm going to start looking for hotels and tickets to the Super Bowl. I can feel it... And no, it's not gas.
