Stop Calling The Election A ‘Circus’!

I think that one thing everyone can agree on this election cycle is that we're all ready for it to be over! The words that have been used to describe the fight between Hillary and Donald are numerous and for the most part accurate. One of the most popular words used to describe our political discourse is that it's a 'circus'. You know an election is bad when the actual circus calls and wants it's word back.

Yesterday, Ringling Brothers launched a new campaign called 'The Circus Wants The Circus Back.'  The company is urging people to stop using the words 'circus' and 'clown' when talking about the presidential election. Also, Ringling Brothers extended VIP invitations to both candidates and their families to the real circus as a way to help them escape the pressure of the campaign trail.

Perhaps both will take them up on their offer after tonight's third and final presidential debate.
