Seether Coming To Dubuque

Seether has announced a concert stop in Dubuque. The show is happening on Thursday, August 9th, at the Q Casino. The concert will begin at 7 p.m. Tickets can be found by visiting this link.

I hung out with Seether a couple times in Iowa over the years. I was never the biggest fan, but the guys were always super cool. They loved to booze after the show, so we became quick friends . The first time was many years ago at the Jones County Fair. That's where the photos came from...I think it was 2011.

That was the first time I saw the band. I was working part-time at KRNA back then. My good friend "Shark:" brought me on stage with him to intro the Seether. I just remember staring out at the thousands of people that were there that night...it was awesome!

I did get in trouble from one of the other bands on the bill that night. It was Hinder. Apparently I wasn't; supposed to take the microphone off the stand when I did my intro....whatever, man!

Anyway, the band will be in Iowa for one night and one night only. Thursday, August 9th at Q Casino.
