Saturday Night Grandstand Acts Announced For Iowa State Fair

Exciting news has been announced by the Iowa State Fair, as their Saturday night Grandstand performers have been booked.

"American Idol" alum Daughtry will take the stage Saturday night August 11 at 8 p.m. Tickets for this show will be available this Friday, May 25 at 10 a.m. for $25, $30 and $35.

The following weekend, Saturday, August 18, will feature the music of former Chicago frontman Peter Cetera at 8 p.m.  The legendary singer with a 30-plus year solo career now under his belt as well, will be joined by special guests Blood Sweat & Tears--featuring another American Idol alumnus Bo Bice. Ticket prices for this concert, also on sale this Friday,  will be $27, $32 and $37.

These exciting announcements add to the already packed lineup of Grandstand concerts lining this year's Iowa State Fair, including: Casting Crowns (August 9), Reba McEntire (August 10), Old Dominion (August 12), comedian Jim Gaffigan (August 14), Thomas Rhett (August 15), Earth, Wind & Fire (August 16), Sugarland (August 17), and Florida Georgia Line (August 19).
