Rolling Stone Publishes Special Edition

I haven't purchased a magazine in about two years. That changed yesterday when I was checking out at the Dollar General in Cedar Rapids. Why was I shopping at Dollar General? Well, Producer Mike has a birthday coming up...only the best for him.

While checking out, I noticed a Rolling Stone magazine on the rack. The magazine features a classic picture of Guns N' Roses on the cover. I quickly found out it was a Special Collectors Edition. Even though it was twelve bucks, I had to have it.

The magazine consists old pictures and the stories behind every album. It talks about the bands epics feuds and their surprise reunion. It's a trip down memory lane with one of the biggest rock bands of all time.

What I like most about this Special Edition was the photography. It's worth the twelve bucks just to check out the cool retro "GNR" pics. It's a blast from the past, I recommend you pick one up.....and buy five copies for your mother!
